Vertical contact toasting toasts buns to a golden brown that keeps them resilient to juices and toppings, and the VCT-2000 6210203 has a 17 second pass thru time. The digital controller allows users to adjust the temperature of the platen for optimum toasting of different bread products. The dual-sided platen gives the Vertical Contact Toaster more capacity than conventional toasters so customers don't have to wait for fresh food. Plus, a continuously moving conveyor allows for immediate toasting. An auxiliary heater warms the top side of buns, and separate compression adjustments can be made for the heel and crown of the bun. Bun wraps minimize markings on the buns for uniform product. Stainless steel construction means easy cleaning and durability for long service life. This model uses a CEE 7/7 plug.
